How do we fit glass into a steel door?

The glass is fitted in a steel door by Steellife as follows. Steellife fits the glass into the door after the door has been welded and coated. The glass is secured using a steel glazing bead. Steellife welds this to size for each individual pane. Because the glazing bead is welded to size, you cannot see any seams in it.

The glazing bead is secured using sealant so that the fixings are not visible. The glass and glazing bead are only fitted into the door or wall on site, which often allows us to conceal the fixing screws behind the pane and the glazing bead.
