Internal sales representative

What are you going to do?

• You are the first point of contact for our customers via email, telephone and in the showroom
• You advise customers on our products and explain what precedes the installation of the stairs and doors
• You provide excellent customer service and play an important role in the sales process
• You keep an overview of the administration and ensure that everything runs smoothly

What are we looking for?

• You have demonstrable experience in sales and are driven to score
• You get energy from closing deals and are only satisfied when the customer is too
• You communicate persuasively and clearly, both in face-to-face contact and via email and telephone
• You know how to enthuse customers and persuade them with your advice
• You are a strong communicator, customer-focused and won't let go until the deal is closed
• You are good at multitasking, switch quickly and have a keen eye for detail
• You possess at least an MBO level 3 qualification
• You are available for a 40-hour working week including Saturday
